Early 1990, founded Memphis Memorabilia & moved to Memphis to start a two year project with Graceland. Retained to help acquire the Colonel Parker Collection. Began consulting with the Delta Blues Museum in Clarksdale, Mississippi and their publicist Dassinger Creative Services in NYC on a fundraising event at Madison Square Garden honoring John Lee Hooker, and the design of display for the Muddy wood guitar.
A month after arriving was approached by the Blues Foundation to serve on their Board of Directors and by BB King’s managers to help him open the first club that bears his name on world famous Beale Street. Served on the Board of Directors from 1990-1993. Organized reception fundraiser for ZZ Top at the Peabody Hotel Skyway Ballroom. Helped organize and produce a benefit concert- The Memphis Horns 25th anniversary concert that featured The Doobie Brothers, Robert Cray, and Stax musicians Rufus, Carla, Marvel Thomas. Helped produce 4 sold out shows-a Stax reunion at BB King's Blues Club honoring Booker T. & The MG's, The Memphis Horns, Sam Moore of Sam & Dave, Eddie Floyd. A parade honoring all the musicians was also organized.
